Definition

Employment is defined as any service, function or constant charge and paid, played to keep the employee. It’s a relation exist between employee and employer must be obeyed according to laws.

Exemplification

As example of employment, we have:

-    Informal employment arrangement that there is no link between employer and employee, i.e., has no formal contract, and then there is no tax collection, and other benefits, so the casual employee is not protected by labor laws.

 

-    Another example is formal employment, one in which there is bond between employer and employee (unregistered), business is legalized (CNPJ), there is a collection of taxes and benefits, therefore, support the government’s values as FGTS, INSS, Unemployment Insurance and others.

Definição

O emprego é definido como qualquer serviço, função ou troca e pagamento constante, para manter o empregado. É uma relação existente entre empregado e empregador devem ser obedecidas de acordo com as leis.

Exemplificação

Como exemplo de trabalho, temos:

- Emprego informal que não existe qualquer ligação entre empregador e empregado, ou seja, não tem contrato formal, e então não há cobrança de impostos, e outros benefícios, assim o trabalhador informal não é protegido por leis trabalhistas.

- Outro exemplo é o emprego formal, aquele em que não há vínculo entre o empregador e o empregado (não registrado), o negócio é legalizado (CNPJ), há uma cobrança dos impostos e benefícios, portanto, apoia os valores do governo como FGTS, INSS, Seguro Desemprego e outros.
